GENTLE DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE

Intuitive and Gentle Deep Tissue Massage is something anyone can benefit from! I take my time, allowing the facia and muscles to release at their own pace. Myofacial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, Advanced Deep Tissue, western style stretching, intuitive energy work, and more are used as needed during every customized session. The style I've developed over the years and techniques I utilize, invites your body into deeper and more profound release.

Each session has a solid base in 13+ years of hands on knowledge and experience working on countless people. However, the uniqueness in my work comes from my deep connection with Spirit. I invite our Spirit Guides and Angel's to be present with us and guide me to the areas which need my attention; I become a conduit for your highest healing. It is my passion and blessing to be given the opportunity to work with people in such a profound way.

PRE AND POST-NATAL MASSAGE

Pre-natal Massage

Pre-natal massages have always been one of my favorite types of massages to do! It's so special to connect with a mom who's creating life, and an honor to support her and her baby through this beautiful time!

I recommend receiving pre-natal throughout your pregnancy, and find them especially helpful to relieve fear, anxiety, stress, and pain in the third trimester. Once you're far enough along, the sessions are performed side-lying with lots of comfy pillows for the comfort of you and your baby. I utilize all of the same modalities and guidance from our Spirit Guides and Angel's during your session. I describe this in more detail in the Gentle Deep Tissue section.

Post-natal Massage

As a mom myself, I understand how exhausting, emotional, and painful childbirth and new motherhood is. I can help relieve that back pain, neck pain, wrist pain, and lend you an ear so you can go home after our session feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and ready to keep being a mom.
